We also understand that things come up and sometimes you need to change or cancel an appointment. We kindly ask that you give us 4 hours notice to avoid a late cancellation fee of 25% of the service total. If zero notification is received resulting in a no show, we charge 50% of the service total for the time that was saved and lost. We also ask that you please be mindful of others schedules and appointment times. By doing so, please arrive on time and or give us a call/text if you anticipate being MORE than 10 minutes late. We will do the best we can to still provide the full service but that is up to the discretion of your esthetician if the service needs to be modified or rescheduled.
